Choose countryThe Opinel No. 117 is a generously sized spreading knife for quick spreading. Its stainless steel blade is 1.5 mm thick, paired with a natural-coloured beech wood handle.
Care and storage
Clean the knife with a damp cloth after use, especially after contact with acidic foods. Do not use corrosive or abrasive cleaning agents. Do not leave the wooden-handled knife in water or clean it in a dishwasher.
Stone and ceramic cutting boards damage and dull the blade. Do not store the knife loose in a drawer; use a knife block, magnetic holder, drawer insert or blade protector instead. For transport, use a knife case, knife bag or blade protector.
