Each knife has a 10 cm stainless steel blade with a smooth cutting edge and pointed tip for controlled, precise cutting. Hornbeam wood handles provide a comfortable grip.
Care and storage
These knives are not dishwasher-safe, and their wooden handles must not be left in water. Clean them with a damp cloth after use, particularly after cutting acidic foods. Do not use corrosive or abrasive cleaners. Stone and ceramic cutting boards damage and dull the blades. Avoid storing knives loose in a drawer; use suitable knife storage, a drawer insert or a blade protector.
