Care and storage
Clean the knife with a damp cloth immediately after use, particularly after handling acidic foods. Do not use corrosive or abrasive cleaners. Do not leave the wooden handle in water or clean the knife in a dishwasher. Stone and ceramic cutting boards damage and dull the blade.
