Choose countryThe KAI Shun Classic DM-S400 set contains four steak knives with 12 cm steel blades and pakka wood handles. Each silver and black knife measures 22.8 cm overall and weighs 65 g.
The rustproof blades have a hardness of 61 HRC and a thickness of 1.5 mm. Each handle is 10.5 cm long.
Care and storage
Clean the knives with a damp cloth immediately after use, especially after cutting acidic foods. Do not use corrosive or abrasive cleaning agents. Do not leave the wooden handles in water or clean the knives in a dishwasher. Stone and ceramic cutting boards damage and dull the blades.
Do not store the knives loose in a drawer. Use a knife block, magnetic holder, drawer insert or blade protector instead.
