Care and storage
Wipe the knives with a damp cloth immediately after use, especially after cutting acidic foods. Do not use corrosive or abrasive cleaning agents. Do not leave the wooden-handled knives in water or clean them in a dishwasher. Stone and ceramic cutting boards damage and dull the blades.
Do not store the knives loose in a drawer. Use a knife block, magnetic holder, drawer insert or blade guards instead. For safe transport, use a knife case, knife bag or blade protectors.
