Choose countryThe Güde Alpha ham knife is designed for slicing ham, with a tapered 21 cm blade sharpened on both sides. This variant has an olive wood handle and a brown and silver colour combination.
The blade is made from stainless chromium-vanadium-molybdenum steel. The handle measures 10.9 cm, and the knife has a matt finish.
The knife is not dishwasher-safe, and its wooden handle must not be left in water. Wipe it with a damp cloth promptly after use, especially after cutting acidic foods. Do not use corrosive or abrasive cleaners. Stone and ceramic cutting boards damage and dull the blade. Store the knife in a knife block, on a magnetic holder or in a drawer insert rather than loose in a drawer.
