Choose countryThe Berkel Elegance set contains 3 knives for cutting ham, slicing bread and boning. This variant combines stainless steel blades with glossy black handles.
The ham knife measures 26 cm, the bread knife 22 cm and the boning knife 16 cm. The blades have a hardness of 59 HRC after heat treatment. Acetal resin handles feature steel pins, and the Berkel logo is engraved on the blades.
The knives are not dishwasher-safe. Hand washing in hot water is recommended, without abrasive sponges or abrasive or corrosive cleaning products. Stone and ceramic cutting boards damage and dull the blades. Do not store the knives loose in a drawer.
