Settings for different foods
Electronic controls let you set the temperature from 30 to 85 °C and the timer from 1 to 24 hours. There are 6 automatic programmes for different foods and yoghurt.
- Monitoring: the LED display shows the settings, while interior lighting helps you check drying progress.
- Air circulation: a built-in fan distributes air evenly across the trays.
- Delicate leaves: the included herb mat accommodates fine leaves such as mint and basil.
Housing and cleaning
The stainless steel housing is easy to clean, and a removable drip tray simplifies cleaning after use. This mains-powered appliance is rated at 500 W and measures 34 × 30.5 × 40.5 cm. Decorative items shown in images are not included.
