Overall dimensions are 30.4 × 46.5 × 7 cm. A silicone grip for handling hot items and a user manual are also included.
Use and care
The metal surface can become very hot: always hold the peel by its handle and use the silicone grip when touching hot components. Do not place the entire peel in the oven, as the wooden handle may be damaged. Do not use it over an open flame or on a hob. Do not leave the silicone grip on a hot hob or near a flame.
Do not wash in a dishwasher. Store in a dry place, away from moisture and high temperatures.
