Choose countryThe Gefu RAVENNA folding shaper is designed for homemade dumplings, ravioli and other filled pasta pockets. Its underside doubles as a dough cutter, so the same accessory prepares the dough shape and folds it around the filling.
Cut the dough with the underside, place it on top, add your filling and fold the shaper closed. Ergonomically shaped handles provide a comfortable grip while working. Made from stainless steel and plastic, the shaper measures 23.1 × 11.4 × 2.6 cm and can be cleaned in the dishwasher after use.
