This solar repeller is designed to deter moles, voles, mice and other small garden pests. Its ground-inserted rod transmits sound and vibrations into the soil. It is not a mechanical trap and uses no poison.
Operation and power
- Sound and vibration: a variable-frequency 400–1000 Hz signal is emitted at 30-second intervals, accompanied by vibrations inside the rod.
- Solar charging: the panel on top charges the rechargeable batteries during the day. No permanent mains connection or cables across the lawn are needed.
- Relocatable design: the repeller can be removed and installed elsewhere in the garden.
Coverage depends on the soil
The stated coverage is up to 1000 m² in favourable conditions, not guaranteed coverage for every garden. Dry, sandy soil can reduce the covered area by as much as half; moist or clay soil is more favourable. Underground obstacles, terrain and installation also affect coverage. Results are not immediate: the stated minimum time for an effect is 5 days.
Installation
Insert the rod securely into the ground, leaving the solar panel above the surface with good access to sunlight. Do not strike the panel or electronics housing with a hammer; prepare a hole first in very hard soil. Do not immerse the device or install it in a constantly flooded location.
The package contains the repeller and its original packaging.

Will one repeller cover the whole garden?
This depends on the area, soil and underground obstacles. The 1000 m² figure applies to favourable conditions. Dry, sandy ground or areas divided by foundations and paths may require several devices.
Can the repeller simply stand on the ground?
The rod needs to be inserted into the soil to transmit sound and vibrations. Keep the solar panel above ground and out of permanent shade.
