4FIZJO wooden gymnastic rings are designed for pull-ups, calisthenics and other bodyweight exercises at home or in a sports club. This black and green set has adjustable straps so you can position the rings at a suitable height for your exercise.
Adjustment and load
- Height adjustment: the 245 cm straps have loops at 5 cm intervals.
- Carabiners: feature protection against accidental opening.
- Maximum load: 200 kg; additional-weight training is possible within this limit.
Each ring has an outer diameter of 23.5 cm, an inner diameter of 17 cm and a thickness of 3 cm. Exercise options include pull-ups, rows and ring dips.
