Choose countryThe Alfa Forni Kit Hybrid lets you fire a compatible gas oven with wood as an alternative fuel. This kit for Moderno 2 Pizze / 3 Pizze contains a burner cover and a fire stand.
The burner cover protects the gas supply from damage when lighting a wood fire. The fire stand makes it easier to manage the fire in the cooking chamber. Both components are made from AISI 441 stainless steel, with temperature resistance tested above 1000 °C.
The kit is compatible with all Alfa domestic gas oven models except One. Use the hybrid kit outdoors only.
