Galvanized Steel Frame
The structure is built from 1 mm thick galvanized steel square profiles measuring 20x20 mm, assembled with M5 bolts using the KRAB connection system. Arch spacing is set at 0.67 m, and each arch extends 35 cm into the ground for stability, providing a snow load resistance of up to 220 kg/m².
Metal Foundation and Polycarbonate Covering
A 10 cm high metal base is included, reinforcing the frame and preventing direct contact between the polycarbonate sheets and the soil. The covering consists of 4 mm cellular polycarbonate with approximately 85% light transmission, integrated UV stabilizers, and high impact and hail resistance. The sheets are fastened using screws with 40 mm plastic washers.
