Durable Frame Construction and Foundation
The greenhouse frame is made of 1 mm thick galvanized metal with 56 mm wide omega-shaped profiles, fastened using M5 screws. The arch distance is 0.67 m, and the frame supports a snow load of up to 240 kg/m². A 10 cm high metal base is included, which increases rigidity and keeps the polycarbonate off the ground. Each arch is anchored into the soil to a depth of 35 cm.
Polycarbonate Covering and Ventilation
Covered with 4 mm impact- and hail-resistant cellular polycarbonate, the greenhouse provides approximately 85% light transparency alongside UV stabilization. Efficient air circulation is ensured by a double-sided split door and 3 roof windows equipped with automatic openers.
