Durable Frame and Base
The frame is made of 1 mm thick galvanized steel Omega profiles assembled with M5 screws. With arches spaced 0.67 m apart and reinforced with stiffening profiles, the structure withstands snow loads up to 240 kg/m². A 10 cm high metal base adds structural rigidity and prevents the polycarbonate from touching the ground, while each arch anchors 35 cm into the soil.
Ventilation and Assembly
Proper air circulation is provided by one double-sided door and two roof vents equipped with automatic openers. The polycarbonate panels are secured with screws, 40 mm plastic washers, and rubber sealing gaskets.
