Robust Frame Construction
The frame is constructed from 1 mm thick galvanized steel Omega profiles (56 mm wide) assembled with M5 screws. Arch spacing is set at 0.67 m, supported by arch reinforcement profiles to withstand a snow load of up to 240 kg/m². For reliable stability, each arch is anchored into the soil to a depth of 35 cm.
Foundation Base and Polycarbonate Cover
A 10 cm high metal base is included, which enhances structural rigidity and prevents the polycarbonate from touching the ground. The covering consists of 6 mm cellular polycarbonate featuring UV stabilization and approximately 85% light transmission. Fastening is secured using screws with 40 mm plastic washers and rubber sealing.
