Frame Construction and Stability
The frame is constructed from Omega profiles manufactured from galvanized steel strips, with a 100 cm distance between the arches. The drop-shaped roof design allows snow to slide off rather than accumulating on top. The rigid structure allows growers to tie up plants and attach pots or shelves directly to the frame.
Polycarbonate Covering
Covered with 4 mm multiwall polycarbonate, the greenhouse offers higher impact resistance than glass while maintaining light transmission and providing UV ray protection. The channel structure retains heat during colder temperatures and at night. Maintenance is minimal; the panels can be cleaned with clean water, dish soap, and a cloth.
Ventilation and Installation
The greenhouse includes a front door with an integrated vent opening, as well as an additional ventilation opening at the rear. The structure does not require winter dismantling, as each arch is anchored approximately 35 cm into the ground. A concrete foundation can also be poured for additional stability.
