Choose countryThe Maclean MCE344 W is a white outdoor LED light with PIR motion and dusk sensors for lighting areas around the home, yards or garage driveways. It provides 1560 lm of neutral white 4000 K light at 15 W.
Automatic lighting and controls
The light switches on when motion is detected, subject to the selected ambient light threshold. Further movement detected while the light is on delays switch-off.
- TIME control: adjusts the on-time from approximately 10 seconds to 5 minutes.
- LUX control: adjusts the ambient light threshold from < 3 to 2000 lx; the sun-symbol position enables operation during both day and night.
- Motion detection: 140° coverage with a maximum detection distance of 9 m.
Installation requirements
The light is IP65 rated and uses a 220–240 V AC supply. Install it at a height of 1.8–2.5 m and maintain a minimum distance of 0.5 m between the light source and illuminated objects.

Can the light respond to motion during the day?
Yes. Set the LUX control to the sun-symbol position to enable motion-triggered operation during both day and night.
What happens if movement is detected while the light is already on?
Further motion detection delays the light switching off.
