Carrying and suspension

Installation and safe use
Choose stable, undamaged anchor points capable of supporting the load. The upper attachment points should be approximately 1.5 m above ground, with the hammock itself hanging low, around 40–50 cm above ground. Use strong, securely fastened ropes or dedicated hammock straps rated for loads up to 150 kg. Check the attachments and inspect ropes or straps for wear before every use.
Sit in the centre first, then slowly move into a lying position and distribute your weight evenly. Avoid sudden movements; lying on your side can cause the hammock to tilt and lead to a fall. Do not exceed 150 kg. Prolonged sunlight can weaken the material, so keep the hammock in the shade when not in use.
