This rectangular ZWILLING FRESH & SAVE glass dish lets you prepare a meal and then vacuum-store it in the same container. Its 2.8 L capacity combines a baking dish with practical food storage.

From cooking to storage

The heat-resistant borosilicate glass dish is oven-safe up to 180 °C and suitable for microwave reheating and freezing. It can also be cleaned in the dishwasher.

Vacuum storage: a matching vacuum lid and FRESH & SAVE pump remove air to help keep food fresh for longer and protect it against freezer burn.
Sealing: the container is airtight and leak-proof, while double-sealing technology indicates when the vacuum is active.
Food tracking: a QR code on the lid links to the app, which provides expiry reminders, recipes and videos.

FRESH & SAVE compatibility

The dish is compatible with all FRESH & SAVE pumps and lids. Using the vacuum function requires a pump from this system and a matching lid.
