Choose countryThe Ruhhy 800 W hand mixer mixes, whips and prepares dough, with 5 speeds and a Turbo function to suit different ingredients and consistencies. Interchangeable attachments cover light mixtures as well as thicker doughs.
Controls and attachments
- 5 speeds: start gently and increase the mixing speed as needed.
- Turbo: extra intensity for short bursts of stronger mixing.
- 2 beaters: for egg whites, cream, creams and light mixtures.
- 2 dough hooks: for dough and thicker mixtures, with a maximum flour quantity of 300 g when using the hooks.
- Attachment release button: makes it easier to remove attachments after use.
A balloon whisk and an egg separator are also included. The housing is ABS, and the marked components are BPA-free. The mixer uses an AC 220–240 V, 50–60 Hz mains supply.
Safe use
Use the appliance only for its intended purpose and under supervision. Do not use it if the cord, plug or housing is damaged; a damaged cord must be replaced by an authorised service centre. Do not immerse the appliance or cord in water or use with wet hands. Unplug before assembly, disassembly and cleaning, and whenever left unattended. Switch off and unplug before changing attachments or approaching moving parts.
Do not insert objects into rotating attachments. Connect to the mains only with attachments correctly fitted. Do not connect through an external timer or a circuit that is frequently switched on and off. Keep the appliance and cord out of children's reach; children must not play with it. Children aged 8 and over may use it only under supervision and after instruction; cleaning and maintenance must also be supervised.
