Attachments and speed selection
A rotary control provides 6 speed settings and PULSE mode. Each attachment has a recommended speed range:
- Dough hook, 1–3: for bread, yeast, sourdough and pizza doughs.
- Beater, 2–4: for creams, fillings, biscuit dough, icing and glazes.
- Whisk, 5–6: for egg whites, whipping cream, mousses and sponge mixtures.
Construction and included accessories
The mixer combines a copper-wound motor, an all-metal gear system and an ABS housing. Features include an LED operating indicator, an ergonomically shaped release lever and feet that adhere to the work surface. Protection against incorrect assembly and overheating is built in.
The set includes the 6 l bowl, 3 attachments, a splash guard with an opening flap for adding ingredients, and a spatula. The guard helps reduce splashes during mixing. The mixer requires a 220–240 V mains supply.
