The Laowa 65mm f/2.8 2X Ultra Macro APO is a prime macro lens engineered for APS-C mirrorless cameras with Fujifilm X mount. It delivers magnification up to 2:1 and focuses seamlessly from infinity down to 2x life-size reproduction.
2X Macro Magnification and Internal Focusing
Offering a 2:1 maximum magnification ratio with a 17cm minimum focusing distance, this lens provides versatility for capturing small subjects such as insects and flora. An internal focus design maintains the overall length of the lens barrel during operation, aiding stable handling.
Apochromatic (APO) Optical Design
The optical formula features 14 elements in 10 groups, including 3 Extra-low Dispersion (ED) glass elements. The APO configuration suppresses both lateral and longitudinal chromatic aberrations across the frame in both in-focus and out-of-focus areas.
Compact and Lightweight Construction
Weighing 335g and measuring 57 x 100mm, the lens is portable and well-balanced for handheld shooting, travel, and fieldwork.
