Wide Perspective and Optical Design
With an ultra-wide 126° angle of view, this lens captures sweeping vistas and architectural scenes. The optical structure contains 14 elements arranged in 10 groups, including two aspherical lenses and two extra-low dispersion glass elements that maintain clarity, contrast, and color accuracy across the frame.
Compact Body and Manual Control
Weighing 254 g and measuring 63.5 x 58 mm, the lens maintains high portability for travel and outdoor shoots. Manual focus is managed via a dedicated ring with distance markings in meters and feet. A tactile click at 0.7 m indicates the threshold for Leica M rangefinder coupling. The minimum focusing distance extends down to 19 cm, and the 5-blade aperture creates defined 10-point stars around point light sources.
