4FIZJO Reh Ball exercise ball, 65 cm size, pink
The 4FIZJO Reh Ball is an inflatable exercise ball for rehabilitation, massage and corrective exercise. This pink variant is listed as 65 cm when flat; its inflated diameter is 55 cm.
Exercise and size selection
The ball can be used for coordination, balance, joint mobility, deep-muscle, back and abdominal exercises. It is made from PVC, features an anti-burst system and is easy to clean. The size guide lists the 65 cm variant for a height of 151–165 cm. When seated on the ball, your hips should not be lower than your knees; the angle should be 90° or slightly greater.
Inflation
A hand pump with a pull & push system is included. Inflate a new ball to approximately 85% first, wait 24 hours, then inflate it to approximately 95%. Do not inflate to 100%: the ball may burst.
Restrictions on use
Before starting rehabilitation exercises, consult a doctor or physiotherapist to select suitable exercises. Refrain from using the ball and seek medical advice if you have:

- joint inflammation or are recovering from bone fractures or dislocations;
- excessive discomfort, such as dizziness or a drop in blood pressure;
