4FIZJO Reh Ball exercise ball 65 cm, mint
The 4FIZJO Reh Ball is an inflatable exercise ball for rehabilitation, corrective exercise and massage. This mint variant measures 65 cm across when flat and has an inflated diameter of 55 cm.
Exercise and rehabilitation
The ball can be used for balance and coordination exercises, training the deep core, back and abdominal muscles, and joint mobility exercises. Made from PVC, it features an anti-burst system and is easy to clean. A hand pump with a pull & push system is included.
Choosing the size and inflating
- Seated fit: your hips should not be lower than your knees when sitting on the ball; the angle should be 90° or slightly greater.
- First inflation: inflate a new ball to approximately 85%, wait 24 hours, then inflate it to approximately 95%.
- Warning: do not inflate the ball to 100%, as it may burst.
Restrictions on use
Before starting rehabilitation exercises, consult a doctor or physiotherapist to select suitable exercises. Do not use the ball if you have balance disorders, joint inflammation, have had fractures or dislocations, or experience excessive discomfort such as dizziness or a drop in blood pressure. Other contraindications include skin changes caused by fungal or infectious diseases, rashes, sensitive and delicate skin, and cancer. In these situations, seek medical advice or refrain from using the ball.
