The 4FIZJO Reh Ball is an inflatable exercise ball for rehabilitation, corrective exercise and massage. This green variant measures 65 cm in diameter when flat and 55 cm when inflated.
Exercise and rehabilitation
The ball is intended for balance and coordination exercises, training the deep core, back and abdominal muscles, and joint mobility exercises. Its PVC surface is easy to clean, and the ball features an anti-burst system. A hand pump with a pull & push system is included.
Choosing the size and inflating the ball
- Size selection: the size guide lists the 65 cm variant for heights of 151–165 cm. When seated on the ball, your hips should not be lower than your knees, with an angle of 90° or slightly more.
- First inflation: inflate a new ball to approximately 85%, wait 24 hours, then top it up to approximately 95%.
- Warning: do not inflate the ball to 100%, as it may burst.
Restrictions on use
Consult a doctor or physiotherapist before starting rehabilitation exercises. Refrain from using the ball if you have balance disorders, inflamed joints, have had fractures or dislocations, experience significant discomfort such as dizziness or a drop in blood pressure, have skin changes caused by fungal or infectious diseases, a rash, sensitive and delicate skin, or cancer. In these situations, seek medical advice or do not use the product.
