The 4FIZJO Reh Ball is an inflatable exercise ball for rehabilitation, corrective exercise and massage. This variant measures 65 cm across when flat and has an inflated diameter of 55 cm.

Exercises and equipment

Use the ball for balance and coordination exercises, joint mobilisation, and training the back, abdominal and deep muscles. Made from PVC, it features an anti-burst system and is easy to clean. A hand pump with a pull & push system is included.

Inflation and size selection

When sitting on the ball, your hips should not be lower than your knees; the angle should be 90° or slightly greater. Initially inflate a new ball to approximately 85%, wait 24 hours, then increase inflation to approximately 95%. Do not inflate to 100%: the ball may burst.

Restrictions on use

Consult a doctor or physiotherapist before starting rehabilitation exercises. Refrain from using the ball in the following circumstances:

  • Balance and wellbeing: balance disorders, excessive discomfort, dizziness or a drop in blood pressure.
  • Joints and injuries: joint inflammation, or following bone fractures or dislocations.
  • Skin: skin changes caused by fungal or infectious diseases, rashes, or sensitive and delicate skin.
  • Cancer: do not use without consulting a doctor.

If any of these conditions apply, seek medical advice or refrain from using the product.
