4FIZJO Reh Ball 85 cm exercise ball, purple, with pump
The 4FIZJO Reh Ball is an inflatable exercise ball for rehabilitation, massage and corrective exercise. This purple variant measures 85 cm when laid flat and has a specified inflated diameter of 75 cm. A hand pump is included.
Exercise and size selection
The ball can be used for coordination and balance exercises, training the back, abdominal and deep muscles, and joint mobility exercises. It is made from PVC, features an anti-burst system and is easy to clean.
- Height guidance: the 85 cm variant is listed for users 176–190 cm tall.
- Seated position: your hips should not be lower than your knees, with an angle of 90° or slightly more.

Inflation
For a new ball, first inflate to approximately 85% and wait 24 hours. Then inflate to approximately 95%. Do not inflate to 100%, as the ball may burst.
Use restrictions
Consult a doctor or physiotherapist before rehabilitation exercises to select suitable exercises. Refrain from using the ball if you have balance disorders, joint inflammation, have suffered fractures or dislocations, experience excessive discomfort such as dizziness or a drop in blood pressure, have skin lesions caused by fungal or infectious diseases, a rash, sensitive and delicate skin, or cancer. In these situations, seek medical advice or do not use the product.
