4FIZJO Reh Ball 85 cm exercise ball, pink, with pump
The 4FIZJO Reh Ball is an inflatable exercise ball for rehabilitation, massage and corrective exercise. This pink variant measures 85 cm across when flat and uninflated; its inflated diameter is 75 cm.
Exercise uses and sizing
The ball can be used for balance and coordination exercises, training deep muscles, back and abdominal muscles, and joint mobilisation. Its PVC material is easy to clean, and it features an anti-burst system.
- Height guide: this size is recommended for users 176–190 cm tall.
- Seated fit: your hips should not be lower than your knees, with an angle of 90° or slightly greater.
- Included: a hand pump with a pull & push system.
Inflation and precautions
For a new ball, inflate to approximately 85%, wait 24 hours, then top up to approximately 95%. Do not inflate to 100%: the ball may burst.
Consult a doctor or physiotherapist before rehabilitation exercises to select suitable movements. Refrain from use if you have balance disorders, joint inflammation, have had fractures or dislocations, or experience excessive discomfort such as dizziness or a drop in blood pressure. Also refrain from use with skin changes caused by fungal or infectious diseases, rashes, sensitive and delicate skin, or cancer. In these situations, seek medical advice or do not use the product.
