4FIZJO Reh Ball 85 cm exercise ball, mint
The 4FIZJO Reh Ball is an inflatable exercise ball for rehabilitation, corrective exercise and massage. This mint-coloured 85 cm variant measures 75 cm in diameter when inflated and comes with a hand pump.
Exercise and rehabilitation
The ball can be used for coordination, balance and joint mobility exercises, as well as training the back, abdominal and deep muscles. Made from PVC, it features an anti-burst system and is easy to clean.
- Size selection: the 85 cm variant is recommended for users 176–190 cm tall. When seated on the ball, your hips should not be lower than your knees, with an angle of 90° or slightly greater.
- Included equipment: a hand pump with a pull & push system.
- Inflation: inflate a new ball to approximately 85%, wait 24 hours, then top it up to approximately 95%.
Precautions and restrictions
Do not inflate the ball to 100%: it may burst. Consult a doctor or physiotherapist before starting rehabilitation exercises to select suitable movements.
Do not use the ball if you have balance disorders, inflamed joints, have had bone fractures or dislocations, experience excessive discomfort such as dizziness or a drop in blood pressure, have skin changes caused by fungal or infectious conditions or a rash, have sensitive and delicate skin, or have cancer. In these situations, seek medical advice or refrain from using the product.
