4FIZJO Reh Ball 75 cm exercise ball, red, with pump
The 4FIZJO Reh Ball is an inflatable exercise ball for rehabilitation, massage and corrective exercise. This red variant measures 75 cm when flat and has a stated inflated diameter of 65 cm.
Exercise and size selection
Use the ball for balance, coordination and joint mobility exercises, as well as training the back, abdominal and deep muscles. Consult a doctor or physiotherapist before starting rehabilitation exercises.

- Sizing: the 75 cm variant is recommended for a height of 166–175 cm. When seated, your hips should not be below your knees; the angle should be 90° or slightly greater.
Inflation and restrictions
For first use, inflate the ball to approximately 85%, wait 24 hours, then inflate to approximately 95%. Do not inflate to 100%: this may cause the ball to burst.
Do not use the ball if you have balance disorders, joint inflammation, or are recovering from bone fractures or dislocations. Also refrain from use if you experience excessive discomfort such as dizziness or a drop in blood pressure, have skin changes caused by fungal or infectious diseases or a rash, have sensitive and delicate skin, or have cancer. In these circumstances, seek medical advice or refrain from using the product.
