4FIZJO Reh Ball 75 cm exercise ball, pink, with pump
The 4FIZJO Reh Ball is an inflatable exercise ball for rehabilitation, massage and corrective exercise. This pink variant measures 75 cm across when flat and has an inflated diameter of 65 cm.
Exercises and size selection
Use the ball for coordination and balance exercises, training the back, abdominal and deep muscles, and joint mobility exercises. This size is recommended for users 166–175 cm tall. When seated on the ball, your hips should not be lower than your knees; the angle should be 90° or slightly greater.

Inflation and precautions
For a new ball, inflate to approximately 85%, wait 24 hours, then top up to approximately 95%. Do not inflate to 100%, as the ball may burst.
