4FIZJO Reh Ball 75 cm exercise ball, black, with pump
The 4FIZJO Reh Ball is an inflatable exercise ball for massage, rehabilitation and corrective exercise. This black PVC version measures 75 cm when flat and has a stated inflated diameter of 65 cm.
Exercise and size selection
The ball can be used for balance and coordination exercises, training the back, abdominal and deep muscles, and joint mobility exercises. It features an anti-burst system and is easy to clean. Consult a doctor or physiotherapist before starting rehabilitation exercises.
The manufacturer's size guide lists the 75 cm version for a height of 166–175 cm. When seated on the ball, your hips should not be lower than your knees; the angle should be 90° or slightly greater.
Inflation and contents
- Pump included: a hand pump with a pull & push system is supplied.
- First inflation: inflate a new ball to approximately 85%, wait 24 hours, then increase inflation to approximately 95%.
- Warning: do not inflate to 100%, as the ball may burst.
Contraindications
Do not use the ball if you have balance disorders, joint inflammation, have had fractures or dislocations, or experience excessive discomfort such as dizziness or a drop in blood pressure. Also refrain from use if you have skin lesions caused by fungal or infectious diseases, a rash, sensitive and delicate skin, or cancer. In these situations, seek medical advice or refrain from using the product.
