4FIZJO Reh Ball 65 cm exercise ball, purple, with pump
The 4FIZJO Reh Ball is an inflatable exercise ball for rehabilitation, corrective exercise and massage. This purple variant measures 65 cm when flat and has an inflated diameter of 55 cm.
Exercises and size selection
Use the ball for balance and coordination exercises, training the back, abdominal and deep muscles, and joint mobilisation. Consult a doctor or physiotherapist before starting rehabilitation exercises.
- Material: PVC with an anti-burst system and an easy-to-clean surface.
- Included: a manual pump with a pull & push system.
- Size guidance: the 65 cm variant is listed for heights of 151–165 cm. When seated, your hips should not be lower than your knees; the angle should be 90° or slightly greater.
Inflation
For a new ball, inflate to approximately 85%, wait 24 hours, then top up to approximately 95%. Do not inflate to 100%, as the ball may burst.
Restrictions on use
Do not use the ball if you have balance disorders, joint inflammation, recent fractures or dislocations, excessive discomfort such as dizziness or a drop in blood pressure, skin lesions caused by fungal or infectious diseases, a rash, sensitive and delicate skin, or cancer. In these situations, seek medical advice or refrain from using the ball.
