4FIZJO Reh Ball 55 cm exercise ball with pump, mint
The 4FIZJO Reh Ball is an inflatable exercise ball for rehabilitation, massage and corrective exercise. This mint 55 cm variant measures 45 cm in diameter when inflated; 55 cm is its diameter when flat.
Exercise and rehabilitation
The ball can be used for balance, coordination and joint mobility exercises, as well as training the back, abdominal and deep muscles. Made from PVC, it features an anti-burst system and is easy to clean.
- Size selection: this variant is recommended for a user height of 141–150 cm. When seated on the ball, your hips should not be lower than your knees, with an angle of 90° or slightly greater.
- Included: a hand pump with a pull & push system.
Inflation and restrictions
For a new ball, inflate to approximately 85%, wait 24 hours, then top up to approximately 95%. Do not inflate to 100% — the ball may burst.
Consult a doctor or physiotherapist before starting rehabilitation exercises. Do not use the ball if you have balance disorders, joint inflammation, are recovering from bone fractures or dislocations, experience excessive discomfort such as dizziness or a drop in blood pressure, have skin lesions caused by fungal or infectious diseases, a rash, sensitive and delicate skin, or cancer. In these situations, seek medical advice or refrain from using the product.
