4FIZJO Reh Ball 55 cm exercise ball, red, with pump
The 4FIZJO Reh Ball is an inflatable exercise ball for rehabilitation, massage and corrective exercise. This red PVC version measures 55 cm in diameter when inflated and includes a hand pump with a pull & push system.
Exercise and fit
Use the ball for balance and coordination exercises, strengthening the back, abdominal and deep muscles, and joint mobility exercises. It features an anti-burst system and is easy to clean. When seated on the ball, your hips should not be lower than your knees; the angle should be 90° or slightly greater.
Inflation
For a new ball, inflate to approximately 85%, wait 24 hours, then top up to approximately 95%. Do not inflate to 100%, as this can cause the ball to burst.
Restrictions on use
Consult a doctor or physiotherapist before starting rehabilitation exercises to select suitable activities. Refrain from using the ball and seek medical advice, or discontinue use, in the following circumstances:
- Balance disorders.
- Joint inflammation or following fractures or dislocations.
- Excessive discomfort, such as dizziness or a drop in blood pressure.
- Skin changes caused by fungal or infectious diseases, or a rash.
- Sensitive and delicate skin.
- Cancer.

How can I check whether the ball size fits?
The source size guide recommends the 55 cm ball for a height of 141–150 cm. When seated, your hips should be at least as high as your knees, with an angle of 90° or slightly greater.
