4FIZJO Reh Ball 55 cm exercise ball, green, with pump
The 4FIZJO Reh Ball is an inflatable exercise ball for rehabilitation, corrective exercise and massage. This green variant measures 55 cm in diameter when flat and 45 cm when inflated.
Exercises and size selection
Use the ball for balance and coordination exercises, back, abdominal and deep-muscle training, and joint mobility exercises. The PVC material is easy to clean, and the ball has an anti-burst system.
The 55 cm variant is intended for users 141–150 cm tall. When sitting on the ball, your hips should not be lower than your knees; the angle should be 90° or slightly greater.
Inflation
A hand pump with a pull & push system is included. Inflate a new ball to approximately 85% first, wait 24 hours, then inflate to approximately 95%. Do not inflate the ball to 100%: it may burst.
Restrictions on use
Consult a doctor or physiotherapist before starting rehabilitation exercises. Refrain from using the ball in the following circumstances:
- Balance and wellbeing: balance disorders or significant discomfort, such as dizziness or a drop in blood pressure.
- Joints and bones: joint inflammation or following fractures or dislocations.
- Skin: skin changes caused by fungal or infectious diseases, rashes, or sensitive and delicate skin.
- Other conditions: cancer.
