4FIZJO Reh Ball 55 cm exercise ball, black, with pump
The 4FIZJO Reh Ball is an inflatable exercise ball for rehabilitation, massage and corrective exercise. This black PVC version measures 55 cm across when flat and has a specified inflated diameter of 45 cm.
Exercise and size selection
Use it for coordination and balance exercises, training the back, abdominal and deep muscles, and joint mobility exercises. It has an anti-burst system and is easy to clean. The listed user height for the 55 cm size is 141–150 cm. When seated on the ball, your hips should not be lower than your knees, with a knee angle of 90° or slightly more.
Inflation and precautions
- Included: a hand pump with a pull & push system.
- First inflation: inflate a new ball to approximately 85%, wait 24 hours, then top up to approximately 95%.
- Warning: do not inflate to 100%, as the ball may burst.
Before starting rehabilitation exercises, consult a doctor or physiotherapist to select suitable exercises.
Refrain from using the ball if you have balance disorders, inflamed joints, have suffered bone fractures or dislocations, experience excessive discomfort such as dizziness or a drop in blood pressure, have skin changes caused by fungal or infectious diseases or a rash, have sensitive and delicate skin, or have cancer. Is 55 cm the inflated diameter?
