The ball size should be chosen according to your height. A 75 cm ball (flat) is suitable for people 166-175 cm tall. When sitting on the ball, your hips should be level with or slightly higher than your knees.
How to properly inflate the ball?
Use the included pump. First, inflate the ball to about 85% and leave it for 24 hours. Then inflate it to about 95%. Never inflate the ball to 100% to avoid bursting.
