This black 1.7 l electric kettle has a rated power of 1500 W for boiling water. Its compact body takes up little worktop space, and the kettle lifts off its 360° rotating base for pouring.
Construction and controls
The double-wall housing combines a polypropylene exterior with a stainless steel interior. The flat heating element is also made of stainless steel.
- Filling: a button opens the lid, with a water level indicator inside the kettle.
- Indication: a control light is provided.
- Shut-off: the kettle switches off automatically after boiling and includes boil-dry protection.
The minimum water volume for boiling is 200 ml. The base requires a 220–240 V ~50/60 Hz mains connection: the cordless lift-off design does not mean battery-powered operation.
