The 4FIZJO heated menstrual belt warms the lower abdomen to help ease discomfort during periods. This white model has adjustable heat and vibration, and can also be used to warm the back, abdomen and neck area when muscles feel tense.
Heat and vibration settings
- 3 temperatures: choose 50 °C, 55 °C or 60 °C.
- 3 vibration levels: gentle, moderate and intense. Vibration can also be switched off for heat-only use.
- Automatic switch-off: the device turns off after 30 minutes of operation.
- Display and controls: check the battery level, temperature and vibration setting on the screen, and change settings using the control panel.
Wearing and charging
The inside has a soft, pleasant-to-touch material. The device weighs 175 g and measures 20 × 9 × 2 cm. Its 1800 mAh battery provides approximately 120 minutes of operation, while charging takes around 3 hours.
