4FIZJO concrete-filled dumbbells 2 × 8 kg, black
This 4FIZJO set contains two 8 kg concrete-filled dumbbells with a PVC coating. They support strength, aerobic and endurance training at home, in the gym or outdoors, with this weight aimed at people who already have training experience.
Grip and shape
Contoured grips and a non-slip coating provide a comfortable hold. The hexagonal ends prevent the dumbbells from rolling across the floor, while the coating protects the floor against scratches. The surface does not absorb sweat or moisture, making it easy to keep clean.
Exercise options
Use the dumbbells for arm, back and chest exercises, as well as squats and lunges. They can also be incorporated into circuit and interval training. Each dumbbell is 35 cm long.
