The Gefu PASTA PERFETTA EXCELLENCE is a manual pasta machine for making fresh lasagne sheets, tagliatelle and tagliolini. Adjustable dough thickness from 0.2 to 3 mm lets you match your recipe, with support for dough widths up to 14 cm.
Dough control and stable positioning
