Fit and practical features
This vest fits a chest circumference of 41–63 cm, with a back length of 30 cm and a head opening size of 40–48 cm. The recommended dog weight of 7–10 kg is a guide only: choose the size using your dog's measurements, not weight alone.
- Adjustable straps and buckles: allow the fit to be adjusted to the dog's body.
- Back handle: helps you support the dog, assist it into a boat or help it reach the shore.
- Leash attachment: provides a connection point for controlling the dog near water.
- Materials: a polyester outer layer and EPE foam filling provide buoyancy support.
Important safety information
For animals only; do not use on people or as human personal protective equipment. The jacket does not guarantee protection against drowning and does not replace constant supervision or the dog's swimming skills. Check that all straps and buckles are properly fastened before each use. Inspect regularly and stop using immediately if there are tears, cracks or faulty fastenings.
Do not rely on the jacket as the sole safety measure in strong currents, very deep water or extreme weather. Take particular care near deep water, on boats or jetties, and in stronger waves or currents. Do not leave the jacket within the animal's reach unattended, as chewing or damage can reduce its effectiveness. Do not leave a dog wearing the jacket in an enclosed, hot room or car.
