This is a professional mesotherapy device with microneedles, which is one of the alternatives to laser procedures and plastic surgery, as well as deep chemical peels. It is an innovative way to regenerate and restore the skin. A roller covered with fine steel microneedles with a length of 0.25 to 2.0 mm, which make about 250,000 micro-punctures on the skin within 5 minutes. Each roller head is equipped with 540 steel needles.

Derma Roller forms microscopic channels in the skin, so-called micro-lesions, which increase the production of collagen and elastin, which slows down the aging of the skin. Thanks to microperforation of the outer layers of the skin, the active ingredients penetrate much deeper than with daily use of cosmetics. After applying the active substances to the skin, only 0.03% to 3% of the substances are transferred to the skin. After using the dermal roller, the active substances are absorbed 3000% more. Skin stimulation is gentle, so the reproductive cells and capillaries of the skin remain intact.
