The 4FIZJO Derma Roller 3-in-1 is a microneedling set with interchangeable heads for the face, under-eye area and body. Each head has a different width, needle count and needle length for its intended treatment area.
Three heads for different areas
- Face: 600 needles measuring 0.5 mm long, with a head width of 1.7 cm.
- Under-eye and delicate areas: 180 needles measuring 0.25 mm long, with a width of 0.7 cm.
- Body: 1 200 needles measuring 1.5 mm long, with a width of 3.5 cm; intended for areas such as the thighs, abdomen and upper arms.
The roller works by creating micro-punctures in the skin. The black and gold set includes the device, all 3 interchangeable heads and a storage box.

Do all 3 heads have the same needle length?
No. The under-eye head has 0.25 mm needles, the face head has 0.5 mm needles and the body head has 1.5 mm needles. Head widths and needle counts also differ.
