Rotating cutting action
The rotating movement helps the cutting wheel penetrate with minimal pipe deformation. Its freely rotating cutting wheel reduces friction as the pipe turns during cutting, requiring up to 60 % less effort. Wide plastic forming plates help produce right-angled cuts. Cutting aluminium composite and plastic pipes is easier than with conventional shears with a fixed blade.
Construction and handling
The tool is made from oil-hardened chrome vanadium electric steel and has ergonomically shaped multi-component handles. The cutting wheel is replaceable, and a locking mechanism secures the tool for safe transport.
