Blade and handle construction
The laser-cut stainless steel blades have a hardness of 56–58 HRC and resist corrosion and friction against ceramic plates. Glossy black, polished ABS handles provide a comfortable grip, with 3 stainless steel rivets in each handle. A steel pin contributes to stability and balanced handling. An engraved Berkel logo finishes each blade.
Care limitation: these knives are not suitable for the dishwasher.
